New Iberia - Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, February 27, 2010, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in New Iberia, for Bernice Ann Daly, 87, who passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2010 in New Iberia. ; Interment will follow in Indian Bayou Methodist Cemetery. ; Rev. Mike Arnaud will officiate. Born on August 30, 1922, Mrs. Daly worked in the Iberia Parish School System. A loving mother and grandmother, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. ; Survivors include her sons, Michael J. Daly and wife Valerie of Lake Conroe, Texas, Pat A. Daly and wife Kathy of Lafayette, David D. Daly and wife Claire of New Iberia; brother, Eddie Pecko of Chicago; grandchildren, Michael Daly, Kyle Daly, Tony Daly, Jeremy Pope, Shane Daly, Shannon Norse, Laurie Daly, David Daly, Jr., Blair Daly, Marcus Daly; 19 great grandchildren and one due to arrive on Monday. ; She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Daly; son, Jeffry Daly; sister, Helen Everson. ; Pallbearers will be Bill Norton, Richard Jenks, Ed "Bubba" Mury, Shane Daly, Tyler Daly, Michael Daly, Tony Daly, D.J. Daly and Marcus Daly. A gathering of family and friends will be Friday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd, in New Iberia.
