Breaux Bridge - Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm ;on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Billy John Landry, 62, who passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2013, at St. Martin Hospital. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 3:00 pm until 12 midnight on Tuesday and continue at 8:00 am until time of service on Wednesday. A rosary will be recited by Wildie Roberts at 7 pm on Tuesday. Rev. Paul LaFleur will officiate at the Funeral Service. Readers will be Hannah Douglas and Timothy Landry. Gift Bearers will be Billie Jean Landry Douglas and Hunter Douglas. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Mausoleum - No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Billy was a member of Mason Shriner and Scottish Rites. He enjoyed working, camping, eating out and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Leona Bourque Landry of Breaux Bridge; his mother, Mary Hebert Landry of Cecilia; his son, Timothy (Nina) Landry of Youngsville; his daughter, Billie Jean Landry Douglas and her boyfriend, Mark Mahoney of Breaux Bridge; his brother, Mark Landry of Cecilia; his sister, Brenda (Mickey) Autrey of Cecilia; his grandchildren, Jessi Devillier Fontenot, Hanna Douglas, Hunter Douglas, Hydie Douglas; his step-grandchildren, Ashley Scott, Desire Guillory, and Lauren Morgan; and one great-grandchild, Kinley Douglas. He is preceded in death by his father, John Landry; his grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Pallbearers will be Roland Landry, Wayne Landry, Timothy Landry, Mickey Autrey, Mark Landry, and Mark Mahoney. Honorary pallbearer will be Brad Debnam.
