To the Family, Chuck,, so quiet, kind and with a sense of humor many never experienced. I can hear him so clearly, Hey Gwennie, with his smile, his own personal laugh and a little joke. He certainly loved nature and observing different birds, he did this with his daddy Boggs in their backyard for years and enjoyed their time. He loved his camp and fishing, it was his place of solitude and peace. Chuck will always be remember,, missed by his kids, his siblings, grandkids, friends a gentle soul,,,love you Chuck. Rest In Peace
