Tootsie, Delores, JoAnn and Peggy, I'm so sorry to hear about your Mother. She was such a special lady. I remember running through her house when we were growing up--she treated us like her own kids. Our prayers and sympathies to all of you and your families. Teetsie

I just learned of your mother's passing. I am so sorry for your loss, but know that she is at peace with God now. Your mother was such a dear and close friend and cousin of our mother. We can never forget the comfort your mother brought to her during her illness. I am sending you my personal sympathy through this guestbook, as I will be unable to attend the services in St. Martinville. My heart is filled with sadness for all of you, but please know that I am thinking of you and praying for you that all of the wonderful memories will be a blessing to you during this difficult time. My deepest sympathy, Geralyn Bienvenu Bourque, 136 S. Southlawn Drive, Lafayette, LA

Dear Tootsie & family -- so sorry to hear about your Mother. I remember so many good things about her, seems like she lived on the front porch - how we always ran back & forth from her house to Momma's house, how we all played cowboys & indians and just enjoyed being the kids on the block together - seems like that was so long ago - I left St. Martinville when I was 7 but you just never forget good friends growing up. Momma sends her prayers for all of you - don't think we will make the funeral, I've not been up to parr lately & trying to reserve my energy for Christmas with our family - our thoughts and prayers go out to you!
