I will truly miss the morning talks we had and the way he called me pop even though I was much younger than him(32). No matter what kind of mood I was in or what time of day, wheter I was in a hurry or not, when I saw him wallking down the street in those rubber boots it always put a smile on my face. I knew he was going to tell me the latest neighborhood gossip or had something funny he wanted to share. He ended every conversation with that's right yeah pop, that's right. I can only hope that I have as much pep as he did at his age. I hope that there is someone on the other side that is a good listener because he'll have plenty to say I'm sure. Visiting Louisiana will not be the same without my uncle's great stories & wonderful hospitality. I lost my father, Claude Zerangue & my mother, Mabel Boudreaux, in 2004. I can tell you that the world is never the same without your parents in it but know that Harry is in a place of joy with no suffering & no sorrow. You are all in my prayers & I will have a mass said for Uncle Harry. Posted: Thu May 03 17:56:06 CDT 2007

Dear Hollier family, we were deeply saddened at the news of Pops passing. Pop was a good man and we were just privileged to have known him. He was so nice to us Texans when we came to Louisiana to visit and always gave us that great Cajun welcome. Please know that we are praying for your family during this difficult time. We Love You!!! P.S., Harriet, now that Pop is watching you from Heaven he will for sure be saying...Look there she goes again out to eat when she could just cook that fried chicken at home.
