Juanita LeMaire

Cecilia - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, October 13, 2007, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia, for Juanita Baudoin LeMaire, 70, who passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at her residence in Cecilia. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia. Rev. Allen Breaux, of St. Bernard Church, will conduct the services. Mrs. LeMaire was a teacher at Huron Head Start. She also worked for Montgomery Wards Credit Department. She was also a self-employed sitter. She enjoyed sewing and singing in the church choir. Survivors include her husband, Ewell "Brother" LeMaire of Cecilia; her son, Anthony LeMaire and his wife, Bridgette of Cecilia; her daughters, Yvonne Trahan and her friend, Mike Melancon of Cecilia, Annette Havard and her husband, Donald of Ethel, Margaret Guidry and her husband, Neil of Nina and Jeanne Breaux of Cecilia; her sisters, Helen LeBlanc of Abbeville, Inez Broussard of DeRidder, Nettie Guillory of Kaplan and Jeanette Griffin of Lake Charles; 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gladu and Felecia Simon Baudoin. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 10:30 a.m. Friday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Friday by Deacon Ken Soignier. Pellerin Funeral Home of Cecilia is in charge of arrangements.
