My condolences and prayers to the entire Simon family for the loss of your wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. Knowing Marie Louise and her sons is a favorite among my good memories of two years living and teaching in Breaux Bridge. That was almost 40 years ago, but the memories of Marie Louise are still fresh. She was a delight to know. I am so sorry for your loss. Madeleine Posted: Mon Feb 19 15:13:42 CST 2007

Mr. Simon, Al, and family, I was saddened to hear of Mrs. Simon's death this morning. In talking to Al, I knew hospice was involved in her care so I knew her illness had advanced. I know she suffered quite a bit over the last several years and I hope hospice was able to relieve some of that for her. I hope as well that you all can rest knowing that her pain has ended. My thoughts and prayers will be with your family. Sincerely, David Posted: Mon Feb 19 11:36:44 CST 2007

I have many great memories of visiting Uncle Junior and Aunt Mary Louise. Going back to visiting her flower shop and spending time at their house (in side and out, including riding the wild bull). She always made me feel welcome and warm. Posted: Fri Feb 23 10:28:17 CST 2007
