Paul Thomas Smith

New Iberia - Private services were held for the immediate family of Paul Thomas Smith, 68, who passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021, at his home. Paul Thomas Smith was born in Baytown, Texas on November 11, 1952 to the late Paul B. Smith and Hilda Reber Smith. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Air Force, and retired from Exxon with 30 years of service. He was a member of the American Legion and Knights of Columbus, and he loved fishing and hunting. He will be deeply missed. Mr. Smith is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer Henry Smith; a daughter, Pepper Brasseaux (Eric) of Youngsville; four grandchildren, Kaylie Omlor (Isaac) of Youngsville, Avery and Alyssa Brasseaux of Centreville, and Sage Brasseaux of Youngsville; two sisters, Hilda Courville (Elwood) of Breaux Bridge, and Paula Smith of South Carolina.
