Amy Lynn Melerine Vice

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, May 27, 2005, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Amy Lynn Melerine Vice, 21, who died Wednesday, May 25, 2005 in Breaux Bridge. Amy was a student at U.L. of Lafayette majoring in Pre-Law, and was also on the Dean's list. She was a member of the Pre-Professional Society. She was employed at Charlie G's, and had previously worked at Caf des Amis in Breaux Bridge for many years. Survivors include her husband, Eric Vice of Breaux Bridge; her fathers, Louis Melerine of Chalmette and John Terry Malorin of Butte LaRose; her mother, Angela V. Dore of Parks; her paternal grandfather, Manuel Melerine, Sr. of Slidell; her grandparents, Elsie and John Malorin of Butte LaRose; two brothers, Jessie Melerine and Louis Melerine, Jr., both of Chalmette; six sisters, Charlotte Melerine, Tara Melerine and Lori Melerine, all of Chalmette, Heidi Valadez of Breaux Bridge, Jamie Valadez of Seattle, WA, and her twin sister, April Melerine of Lafayette. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 10 AM ~ 10 PM on Thursday and continue at 7 AM on Friday until time of service. Pallbearers will be Jessie Melerine, Louis Melerine, Jr., Jake Dore, Matt Thomas, Dominic Lebougeois, and Brandon Touchet. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
