New Iberia - “And” Logan Wayne Ball, 34, passed away on April 17, 2026, leaving behind a silence that feels too large for this world to hold.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Pellerin Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in the Nativity of Our Lady Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Monday, from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Pellerin Funeral Home, and will continue Tuesday, from 8:00 am until time of service.
To know Logan was to experience something unforgettable. He was vibrant, unapologetically himself, a soul that refused to be dimmed. He moved through life with boldness and humor, equal parts charm and fire, never afraid to speak his mind or steal the spotlight when the moment called for it. He was, in every sense, the star of the show.
Born the youngest of his siblings, to Steven Wayne Ball and Sandra Gail Babin Ball. Logan carried that role with a certain pride and equal parts mischief and magnetism.
Logan was a graduate of Highland Baptist Christian School, Class of 2010. He carved his own path as an entrepreneur in the food service industry, lending his energy and personality to places like St. John’s Restaurant, The Point Restaurant, and Clementine’s. Most recently, he had set his sights on a future in real estate sales and marketing, always reaching for something more, always believing in what could be next. He had a taste for the finer things, not just in food, though he loved an exquisite dining experience, but in life itself. He loved to travel, to gather with friends and family, to laugh loudly and live fully. He had an eye for style, a flair for fashion.
He is survived by his loving and dedicated father, Steven Wayne Ball; siblings; James Ball; April Claus and Stephanie Ball. Numerous nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces. More friends that can be accounted for. He was preceded in death by his beautiful mother, Sandra Gail Babin Ball.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, or to Project Lazarus.
