Andrew Pierre Broussard

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 24, 2005, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Andrew Pierre Broussard, 90, who died Sunday, May 22, 2005 at Our Lady of Lourdes Mecical Center in Lafayette. Entombment will be in St. Bernard Mausoleum No. 1 in Breaux Bridge. Mr. Broussard was a sugar cane farmer and a member of the Sugar Co-Op . He was also past President of Pont Breaux Saddle Club. ?? Survivors include his brothers Ivan J. Broussard, William ""Tom"" Broussard and Howard Pete Broussard all of Cecilia; his sisters Ivy B. Richard of Port Arthur, TX, Louella Boudoin of Groves, TX and May B. LeBlanc of Parks, LA; several nieces and nephews and Godfather to many. He was preceded in death by his parents Willie and Martha Guidry Broussard; his wife Pearl Guidry Broussard; his brothers Larkin, Irving, Sr. and Percy Broussard; his sisters Alice Frederick and Beulah Deshotel. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 4:00 PM till 10:00 PM, Monday, May 23, 2005 and continue at 7:00 AM, Tuesday, May 24, 2005 until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM, Monday, May 23, 2005 Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
