Angela Williams Alfred

New Iberia – Private services will be held at a later date for Angela Marie Williams Alfred, 58, who passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at Legacy Nursing and Rehab in Franklin.

A native and resident of New Iberia, Angela was born on July 27, 1967. She worked as a cashier at Dollar General and Arc of Iberia. She loved dolphins, cooking, fishing, and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

Angela is survived by her father, Hall Huey Willliams, Sr.; sons, Thor Broussard (Jennifer) and Travell Broussard (Maya); grandchildren, Raijin Broussard and Zariah Broussard; brother, Hall H. Williams, Jr. (Stacy); and sister, Patricia Holleman (Dwight).

She was preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie Belle Folks Williams; maternal grandparents, Ivory and Rena Thibodeaux Folks; and paternal grandparents, John and Ida Williams.

Angela’s kind spirit will remain in our hearts forever. May she rest in peace.
