Coteau - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Coteau for Ann 'Ms. Ann' LeBouef Williams, 83 who died Saturday, April 30, 2011 in Lafayette.
Entombment will follow in church mausoleum.
Rev. Ed Degeyter will be the Celebrant.
Born on August 30, 1927 , Ms. Ann was very devoted and active at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Coteau. An avid reader, she also enjoyed baking and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her sons, Robert Williams and wife Tyra of New Iberia, David Williams and wife Janet of Tuscumbia, Alabama; daughter-in-law, Dona Cutrera Williams of Harvey, LA; brothers, Olivan "T-John" LeBouef of Houma, and Albon LeBouef of New Orleans; Carol Williams of Madison, Alabama; 5 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William 'Mr. Willie' Williams; son, Perry Carl Williams; her parents, Olevin J. and Lydia Marie Buquet.
Pallbearers will be Robert Williams, David Williams, Skyler Williams, C.J. Babineaux, Presley Viator, and Danny Eldridge.
A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday from 12:30 PM until 9:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd , in New Iberia . A rosary will be prayed at 6:00 PM Tuesday. Visitation will continue Wednesday from 8:00 AM until 10:15 AM .
