Anna Lou Lalonde Arnaudville - Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon, on Saturday, March 12, 2011, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville, for Anna Lou Lalonde, 53, who passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at her residence. Father Gary Schexnayder will officiate at the funeral service. Scriptures will be read by Brenda Lalonde and Ramona Lalonde. Her grandchildren will serve as Gift Bearers. Anna Lou was employed at Guidrys Food Store for 20 years. She was referred to by her grandchildren and great grandchildren as being a 'Fun Grandmother' who brought joy and laughter to her entire family. Anna Lou enjoyed visiting with her family and friends on the phone every chance she could. In her free time she enjoyed riding her 4-wheeler. Survivors include her father, Austin Lalonde, Jr. of Port Barre; her son, Johnny Stelly and his wife, Trina, of Arnaudville; her daughter, Kylie Stelly and her fianc, Chauncey Sibley, of Arnaudville; her brothers, Donald Lalonde and his wife, Brenda, of Mesquite, TX, and Randy Lalonde and his wife, Ramona, of Port Barre; her sister, Sherylyn Gibson and her husband, John, of Fort Polk; her grandchildren, Ethan, Austin and Aubrie Stelly, Heather Dejean, and Della Stelly; and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rosa Belle Savoie Lalonde; her husband, John Stelly, Jr.; a sister, Louella Lalonde Gobert; and two brothers, Bobby and Charles Lalonde. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday and continue on Saturday at 7 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Friday. Pallbearers will be Johnny Stelly, Chauncey Sibley, Randy Lalonde, Donald Lalonde, John Gibson, and George Miller. Honorary pallbearers will be Ethan and Austin Stelly, Roland Gobert, II, and Toby Lalonde. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville is in charge of arrangements.
