Arline Ledet Johnson

St. Martinville - A private graveside service will be held for the immediate family of Arline Ledet Johnson, 77, who passed away on Friday, April 17, 2020, at Courtyard Manor Nurse Care Center & Assisted Living. Arline was born on February 18, 1943. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (ULL) and worked as a Registered Nurse. As a pastime she loved to sew. She was a member of Zeta Phi Beta and the National Association of University Women. She is survived by her loving son, Brandon Jude Ledet and wife Brandy Young Ledet of Opelousas, LA; grandchildren, Braden Michael VanCleave, Duke Jude Ledet, and Leo Joseph Ledet; sister, Barbara Deuron; brother, Henry Clyde Ledet and his wife, Elizabeth Lee; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Roosevelt and Lorena Louviere Ledet. Pellerin Funeral Home (337-332-2111) is in charge of arrangements.
