Azalea Grace LeBlanc

Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Lafayette for Azalea Grace LeBlanc, who entered into Heaven on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.

A visitation will be held at Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist on Tuesday from 8:00 am until the time of Mass at 10:00 am.

Father Chester Arceneaux will officiate the Mass. Readers will be Kennedie LeBlanc and Chelsea Wiley. Gift Bearers will be Liam, Leif, Kinzlie, Aubrey, Emry and Noah.

Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery in Lafayette.

Azalea Grace is survived by her beloved parents, Kaleb and Genevieve LeBlanc; brothers, Liam and Leif LeBlanc; paternal grandparents, Tamra Boyd and Cory LeBlanc (Stacy); maternal grandparents, Grace Wiley and Robert Walsh, Jr.; paternal great-grandmother, Molly Berard; maternal great-grandmother, Marianne Tauzier; maternal great-great-grandmother, Grace Mills; uncle and godfather, Justin Wiley (Chelsea); uncles, Collin LeBlanc, Silyen Meche and Robbie Comb (LaTanya); aunt and godmother, Kennedie LeBlanc; aunts, Marianne Berberich (Colby) and Lauren Lombardo (Earl); and cousins, Kinzlie, Aubrey, Emry and Noah.

She is preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents, Mildred Boyd and Judith and Maurice Berard; maternal great-great-grandfather, Edward Mills; uncle, Kayleb Comb; great-great-uncles, Clarence "Cla" Boyd and Alton Boyd; great-great-aunt, Octavia Boyd; and cousin, Steven Theal.

Pallbearers will be Justin Wiley and Collin LeBlanc.
