New Iberia-Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM, on Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in New Iberia, for Barbara Ann Foco,52, who passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2009 in New Iberia. ; Interment will follow in Broussard Cemetery. ; Born on March 28, 1957, Barbara was an active member in the community regarding governmental issues. She was the president for the Louisiana non-profit organization Help for Sewage Victims, which originated in Everson, Washington. ; Survivors include her husband, Adrian Charles Richard of New Iberia; her daughter, Adrie Ann Nichole Richard of Youngsville; her sisters, Mary Kennedy of Jeanerette, Beverly Dunie of Austin, Jeannie Clements of Charenton, Gail Thibodeaux of Jeanerette, Ellen Ayers of Normagee, TX; her grandchildren, Alexia Lynne Richard and Ayden Joseph Hebert. ; She was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Porrier and sister, Carol Boutun. ; Pallbearers will be Daryn Richard, Kerry Richard, Robert Richard, Carl Toups, Robert Derise and George Rodriguez. ; Honorary Pallbearers include Don Bostic, Robert Mouton and Troy Hebert. ; A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd, in New Iberia.
