Beverly Green

Breaux Bridge - Beverly Ann Marks Green, born on December 22, 1932, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 8, 2025.

Bev was a parishioner of St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge and a devoted adorer at the Chapel. She worked with her husband in his TV repair shop, at Lionel Theriot's pharmacy and then Lafayette General Hospital until her retirement in 2009. Bev was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed working in her yard and spending time with her family.

While Bev will be deeply missed by her family and friends, we take comfort in knowing that she is in a better place.

She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Green Laviolette (Zerven) and Pam Green Theriot (Dwain); sister, Vienna Marks Champagne (Eugene); grandchildren, Chris Laviolette (Rhonda), Nicole Quebedeaux (David), Danielle Simon and Tara Clark (Nick); great-grandchildren, Hannah Laviolette, Kaylyn and Sophie Quebedeaux, Gage Savoie and Leah Simon, and Sebastian and Bailey Clark; and nieces and nephews, Brent Champagne (Charlene), Blake Champagne (Tesa), Carla Champagne and Brook Champagne (Sissy).

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Green; grandson, Jeremy Samuel Theriot; and parents, Samuel Marks and Girdie Marie Thibodeaux Marks.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Acadiana.
