I met Bill while working for Cargill Salt in 1982. Bill was a patient teacher, and then he later became a good friend. Our production meetings and travel always accomplished our objectives, but Bill made sure there was added excitement and fun, including being a practical joker! Knowing how funny I was about eating particular foods, Bill had the restaurant serve me "alligator", and enjoyed presenting me with the head of an alligator when he told me I had just eaten it! LOL That was my friend Bill. I am so very sorry to have lost my friend, but I know he is now resting peacefully with God. Cheryl Hunter, Minneapolis, Mn

We would like to express our deepest condolences to the entire family for the loss of their beloved Bill. When I lived in California, I listened to a voice that said, Harold this is Bill Garcia. My wife Cheryl and I met Bill the next day and fulfilled a wish to spend a day in Monterey, CA, a place he had honorable served his country. We spend the day touring the city, getting to know each other and sharing a meal with a few stories being told. We will always remember Bills great smile, beautiful laugh and the warm and genuine individual he represented. Bill will remain in our prayers as well as the memories we shared with him. He will be greatly missed. My God bless the family during these sad times.
