Bobbie Nell Daigle

New Iberia - Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia, for Bobbie Nell Daigle, 76, who passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2019. Interment will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coteau Holmes. A gathering of family and friends will be at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, and will continue on Tuesday from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. A resident of New Iberia and a former resident of St. Martinville, Bobbie Nell Daigle was born in Whitney, Texas on June 16, 1942 to the late Odis Albert and Artie Lee Williams Nessessary. She enjoyed crafting, was very active in church, and sang in the choir. She also loved helping and visiting with people. Mrs. Daigle was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and will be deeply missed. Bobbie Nell is survived by sons, John Allen Cook, Jr. and wife Denise of Engleside, TX, and Galand Cook and wife Lisa of St. Martinville; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Orsen Daigle, Sr.; and siblings, Pauline Barrett, Chester L. Nessessary, Lerline Scanlin, Winnie Bernice Clendenen, Addis Eugene Gould, and Frances Marie Kitchens. Pallbearers will be Scott Cook, Colby Cook, Tony Bailey.
