Casey was known for his radiant smile, a beacon of joy and warmth to all who knew him. Growing up in his parents' store, Lakeside Grocery & Deli, he made countless friends in the community, always greeting everyone with his incredible dimples and genuine enthusiasm.
A beloved figure in Catahoula, Casey had a zest for life that was unmatched. He enjoyed being out and about, where his lively spirit and love for people made every gathering brighter. No matter the occasion, Casey brought life to every gathering, delighting in the company of others and spreading happiness wherever he went. He had a particular fondness for scratching lottery tickets, holding on to money and attending horse races, which brought him joy and excitement.
He is survived by his siblings, Cory Blanchard (Marcy) and Kayla Garritt (Rickie); and his nieces and nephews, Cole Blanchard, Seth Thibodeaux, Christopher Bergeron, Taylor Garritt and Hannah Garritt.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Allen and Miranda Perioux Blanchard.
Cole Blanchard will serve as Urn bearer.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Proctor and staff, his caregivers, Angie Guilbeau, Lexie Theriot, Liz Menard, Dickey Vicknair, Linda Simon, and all of the family members that helped care for Casey.
