Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 24, 2023 at Pellerin Funeral Home for Chris Thibodeaux, 41, who passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023.

A visitation will take place at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and will continue on Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. 

Rev. Shane Koch will officiate at the funeral service. 

Chris was born on December 28, 1981, in Nashville, Tennessee. As a pastime, he enjoyed photography, cooking, fishing, and exploring around Louisiana.

He is survived by his parents, Ricky and Cindy Scott Thibodeaux; sister, Amanda (Mike) Youst; grandmothers, Betty Scott and Elaine Johnson Thibodeaux; nephew, Cody Johnson and fiance Mackena; aunts, Debbie Thibodeaux, Sandie Thibodeaux, and Vickie Thibodeaux (Greg) Barilleaux; uncle, Kevin Thibodeaux; and his cousins, Shaylnn Laviolette and Paige Poole. 

He is preceded in death by his sister, Katy Danielle Thibodeaux; grandfathers, Wilson Scott and Wilbert "Papit" Thibodeaux; great-grandparents, Wilbert and Hazel Johnson; and his nephew, Carter Bryan Potts.
