Breaux Bridge- A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 17, 2026 at Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge for Christie Landry, 51, who passed away on October 11, 2026 at Calcutta House (Hospice of Acadiana).

A visitation will take place at Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge on Saturday from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

A rosary will be prayed at 12:00 PM on Saturday.

Cremation will follow the service.

Christie was born on July 24, 1975 in Lafayette. She was truly the life of the party and had a way of making everyone feel right at home. She loved nothing more than having her family and friends gathered at her house, cooking a good meal, sharing laughs, and making memories. She enjoyed the simple things in life, whether it was a day at the beach, spending time outdoors, cutting her grass or playing her favorite game, Cadillac. Her greatest joy was her grandson, Koa, who lovingly called her "Gams." She was everyone's favorite, always bringing laughter, love, and a little extra fun wherever she went. She lived life to the fullest and leaves behind countless memories and a whole lot of love.

She is survived by her children, Caitlyn Richard (Jared), Caleb Richard (Sadi), and Cameron Richard (Shana); grandchild, Koa Richard; brother, Troy Paul Landry (Tory); nephews, Anthony Landry, Taylor Landry, and Tyler Landry; and her godchild, Erielle Nunley.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jules Dalton Landry and Theresa Joanna Dore' Landry; and one sister, Cynthia Landry.
