Claude "Rock" Allen Devillier

Leonville - Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Leonville, for Claude Rock Allen Devillier, 82, who passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at J. Michael Morrow Nursing Home in Arnaudville. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 8:00 a.m. until time of service on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Leonville. A rosary will be prayed at 11:00 a.m. Fr. , Mike Arnaud will officiate at the funeral service. Scriptures will be read by Sandi Joubert. Gift bearers will be, Fern Dupre, Avia Andrepont and Sheryl Badeaux. Music will be provided by Debbie Richard and Phyllis Semar. Interment will follow at St. Leo the Great Cemetery in Leonville. Claude enjoyed fishing and spending time with his brother. Survivors include his brother, Frank Lloyd Devillier of Arnaudville; his sister, Leola Arnaud of Arnaudville; his nephews, Fr. Mike Arnaud of Mire, Guy Arnaud of Arnaudville, Dennis Arnaud of Arnaudville and Robbie Devillier of Opelousas; his nieces, Sheryl Badeaux of Arnaudville, Charlene Fontenot of Opelousas, Sandi Joubert of Church Point, Fern Dupre of Port Barre and Avia Andrepont of Swords. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Evelyn Badeaux Devillier; his brother, Walter Devillier; and his companion, Laura Carriere. Pallbearers will be Guy Arnaud, Robbie Devillier, Dennis Arnaud, Waylon Badeaux, Charlie Andrepont and Al Fontenot. Honorary pallbearers will be Albert Hollier, Harold Lanclos and Blaine Joubert.
