Arnaudville - Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Monday, January 10, 2011 , at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville, for Connie Latiolais Guilbeau, 58, who passed away on Friday, January 7, 2011 at her residence in Arnaudville. Entombment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Mausoleum in Arnaudville. Rev. Keenan W. Brown , will be the celebrant . Crystal Robin and Dawn Torkowski will proclaim the readings. Serving as gift bearers are Sandy Knott Ray and Carol Ann Guidroz. Connie was married to her husband, Simeon Guilbeau for 39 years. She loved sewing, caring for others and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Simeon Guilbeau of Arnaudville; her son, Heath 'Blu' John Guilbeau and his wife, Ashlee D. Guilbeau; her brothers, Mark Latiolais and his wife, Gwen of St. Martinville, Timothy 'Timmy' Latiolais of Broussard; Veron 'V.J.' Latiolais and his wife, Margie Nell of Arnaudville, Michael 'Mike' Latiolais and his wife, Billy of Arnaudville, Wydel Latiolais and his wife, Mary Ann of Arnaudville, Raymond Latiolais and his wife, Ruby of Gonzales and Harry Lee Latiolais and his wife, Jennel of Carencro; her sisters, Carol Ann 'Sis' Guidroz and her husband, Robert of Arnaudville, Charlene Savage and her husband, Harry of Sunset and Bonnie Jane Cormier and her husband, Ray of Sulfur; and her grandchildren, Dustin, Logan, Johnathan, Kade and Khloe Guilbeau. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Alfred Latiolais and Emmia Smith Latiolais; her son, Jody Paul Guilbeau; and her brothers, Carrol James Latiolais and infant, Michael Latiolais. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 9, 2011 and continue at 7:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. on Monday. Pallbearers will be Mark Latiolais, Derek Richard, Brent Knott, Brandon Lanclos and Mike Latiolais ;and ;Al ;Arnaud. Honorary pallbearers will be Dustin, Logan and Jonathan Guilbeau. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville is in charge of arrangements.
