A proud graduate with a high school diploma, Curtis dedicated his working years as a boat captain in the dredging industry, a testament to his love for the water and adventure. He was a man of simple yet profound joys, finding pleasure in the laughter shared around a card table and the camaraderie enjoyed during family crawfish boils. Curtis's vibrant spirit often shined brightest at the Etouffee Festival, where he reveled in the festivities alongside those he cherished.
To his family, Curtis will always be remembered as the jovial jokester, his warmth and humor a source of endless joy. He took great pride in spending quality time with his loved ones, and the memories created during fishing trips, hunting excursions, and evenings at the casino will forever remain close to their hearts.
In this time of remembrance, we encourage all those who knew and loved Curtis to share their favorite memories and stories. His spirit, filled with laughter and love, will continue to echo in the hearts of many. May he rest in eternal peace.
