New Iberia – Memorial services will be held at a later date for Cynthia Cronk Viator, 56, who passed away on Monday, June 7, 2021, in New Iberia. A longtime resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Viator was born on December 1, 1964, in Oceanside, California, to Bobby and Frankie Chute Cronk and was a produce manager at Millside Market. An avid LSU fan, she enjoyed sewing, crafting and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Rodney Viator of New Iberia; two sons, Bobby Viator of New Iberia and Jarek Viator of Woodbridge, Virginia; daughter, Heidi Romero (Kyle) of New Iberia; mother, Frankie Chute Brossette (Billy) of Orange, Texas; sister, Melissa Cronk of Irving, Texas; three grandchildren, Audrey Romero, Amelia Viator, and Brilynn Viator; two stepdaughters, Ashley Watson (Joe) of Arizona and Kristina Viator; step granddaughter, Breann Tongate; and mother-in-law, Shirley Viator of Broussard.
