Daniel Duhon

BreauxBridge - Funeral services will be held at 10 a .m. , on Saturday, December 11, 2010 , at First Baptist Church in Breaux Bridge , for Daniel Joseph Duhon, 24, who passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at his residence. Interment will follow at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Breaux Bridge . Daniel played football for L.C.A. and completed his diploma at Teche School in plumbing. He was employed at Albertson's for 2 years and also at Meche's Donuts in Breaux Bridge . Daniel was a member of New Beginning Fellowship Church in Breaux Bridge . Survivors include his parents, Charles Edgar and Sharon Bondy Duhon; his brother, Soloman Simon Duhon, all of Breaux Bridge ; his sister, Melissa Daniell Duhon of Abita Springs; his maternal grandmother, Barbara Bondy of New Orleans ; and a host of aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Martin Bondy; and paternal grandparents, Edna and Simon Duhon. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at First Baptist Church from 10 a .m. until 10 p.m. on Friday and continue at 8 a .m. until time of service on Saturday. Pallbearers will be Charles D. Duhon, Jr., Beau Dore, Randall Martin, John Muller, Cole Rivet, Barry Venable, and Soloman Duhon. Pellerin Funeral Home(337.332.2111) is in charge of arrangements.
