Dennis James Dugan

St. Martinville A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am, on Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville, for Dennis James Dugan, 29, who passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2013, at St. Martin Hospital. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 3:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Tuesday, and continue at 7:00 am until 10:30 am on Wednesday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Tuesday. Rev. Rusty P. Richard will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Scriptures will be read by Megan Delcambre and Caitlin Dugan. Gift Bearers will be Logan LaBiche and Jeanine Dore. Interment will follow at Methodist Cemetery in St. Martinville. Dennis loved life and lived it to the fullest. He loved hanging out with his friends and spending time with his family. The light of his eyes was his nephew, Cole, whom he adored. He is survived by his parents, Dianne Talley Dugan and Ernest Dugan, Jr.; his biological mother, Agnes "Puppie" Guillot of Duson; his brother, Clint Dugan; and his sisters, Tressie Boudreaux, Monique LaBiche, Sherry Delcambre, Dawn Guillot, Tanya Guillot, Claudette Lavergne, Chantel Guillot, Melissa Abney, Crystal Harrison, and Stacey Jernigan. He is preceded in death by his biological father, Dennis Lalande, Sr.; biological siblings, Raymond Gallet and Denise Guillot; his grandparents, Clovis and Laura Thibodeaux Talley, Maurice and Eunice Champagne, and Ernest and Sarah Dugan,Sr; his nephew, Brandon LaBiche; and his great niece, Madelyn Bila. Pallbearers will be Clint Dugan, T-Lloyd Boudreaux, Bobby LaBiche, Elton Delcambre, Kirk Broussard, and Zachary Delcambre. Honorary pallbearers will be Jacob Dore, Colin Dugan, and Matthew Delcambre.
