Dennis Rae Pickering

Breaux Bridge - Memorial Services will be held at a later date for Dennis Rae Pickering, 64, who passed away on Friday, May 8, 2020, at his residence. Dennis was known to many as a "jack of all trades." He enjoyed camping and riding side by sides, 4 wheelers and motorcycles. Dennis was a member of the Crazy Wheels of Breaux Bridge Car Club and he loved classic cars. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving spouse of 33 years, Pamela Angelle Pickering; father, Eugene Pickering and wife Lois of Oklahoma City, OK; sons, Devin R. Pickering of Cecilia, Dylan R. Pickering of Cecilia and Dannon R. Pickering of Cecilia; daughter, Andrea D. Pickering of Andover, KS; sisters, Christi Sanders of Oklahoma City, OK, Cathi Weaver of Ponca City, OK and Sherry Blanton of Del Mar, CA; and grandchildren, Bentley James Ducharme-Pickering, Ashlyn Marie Savoy. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Thompson Kenney; paternal grandparents, Eugene Gerald and Viola Pickering; and materal grandparents, Floyd and Eva Thompson.
