Dianna Marie Theriot

Breaux Bridge - A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026 from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge for Dianna Marie Theriot, 78, who passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026 in Lafayette.

A beloved mother, cherished friend, and dedicated server, Dianna was born on April 4, 1947, in Breaux Bridge and spent her life delighting in the simple pleasures of family, laughter, and the joy of serving others.

As a waitress at Pat's in Henderson for over 25 years, Dianna showcased her true gift of hospitality. Her radiant smile and cheerful demeanor welcomed countless patrons, who became accustomed to her warmth and humor. An excellent cook, she enjoyed bragging about her dishes to her family. Dianna especially cherished going out to dinner with her family.

Dianna leaves behind a legacy of kindness, joy and selflessness - she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her son, Ned Theriot; daughter, Dwana Theriot; sister, Daisy Trahan Theriot; grandchildren, Skyla Freeman, Kody Bourque, Gabrielle Reed, Kailey Theriot and Claudia Theriot; and great-grandchildren, Samantha Freeman, Gia Dufrene, Evie Dufrene, Roman Huval, Remi Huval, Wryn Reed and Millie Reed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John Theriot and Lota Barras Theriot; sisters, Gladys Boyer, Loretta Meche, Jane Dauphinet, Anna Lou Castino and Anna Louise Boudreaux; and brother, Ervin Theriot.
