Early 'Doc' Bijeaux, Jr. Henderson - Early 'Doc' Bijeaux, Jr., 62, of Lafayette, died on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at his residence. A Eulogy will be delivered in the funeral home beginning at 11 a.m., on Saturday, February 12, 2011. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in Henderson. 'Doc' is survived by his wife, Laura ;Claiborne Bijeaux of Lafayette; his daughter, Bethany Bijeaux of Lafayette ; his mother, Doris Love Bijeaux of Carencro; his brother, John Bijeaux of New Iberia; and his sister, Linda B. Wyatt of Deland, Florida. He was preceded in death by his father, Early P. Bijeaux, Sr.; a brother, Ricky Bijeaux; and a niece, Heather Wyatt. Visiting hours will be observed from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday and continue on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. until time of service. The family requests, that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to assist in defraying funeral expenses. Pellerin Funeral Home of Henderson is in charge of arrangements.
