Breaux Bridge A Memorial Service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, January 18, 2014, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Breaux Bridge, for Elba Marie Guidry, 82, who passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2014, at Regional Medical Center of Acadiana. A gathering of family and friends will be held at the funeral home from 9:00 am until time of service on Saturday. A rosary will be recited at 10:00 am on Saturday. Fr. Paul LaFleur will officiate at the Memorial Service. Elba enjoyed visiting and cooking for her family. She is survived by her son, Curtis Patin and his wife, Faye, of Scott; two daughters, Bertha Rodgers of Breaux Bridge, and Doris Anable and her husband, Lary, of Springtown, TX; ten grandchildren, Amy Lynn Crump, April Kleinpeter, Craig Trahan, Floyd Rodgers, Roy Rodgers, Christi Patin, Clint Patin, Rhonda Patin, Steven Hudson, and Tracy Hudson; ten great grandchildren; three brothers and eight sisters. She is preceded in death by her parents Abel and Ozila Lormand Guidry; her husband, Chester Patin; and son, Russell Patin.
