Arnaudville - Private Services will be held for the immediate family of Evelyn Robin Latiolais , 90, who passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2020, at J. Michael Morrow Nursing Home. The Light Beyond When somber clouds of steely grey cast shadows o'er your heart and way, look up, beyond the darkened sky, where tints of blue will soon drift by. Chevalier Evelyn was a devout Catholic and parishioner of St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church; she prayed the Rosary daily. She was a firm believer in the League of the Sacred Heart. Evelyn loved to read and bake. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her loving sons, Donald Latiolais and wife Jessie and Michael Latiolais and wife Wanda; daughter, Barbara Latiolais; grandchildren, Rowdy, Blake and wife April and Marci; great-grandchildren, Kenzie and Kaleb; and great-great grandchildren, Cullen, Ella and Brilene. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emery Latiolais; father, Regis Robin; mother, Emma Robin; brothers, Leonard Robin, Clebert Robin, and Antoine Johnny Robin; and sisters, Bernice Lalonde and Clema Wiltz. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of J. Michael Morrow Nursing Home, especially Wanda Latiolais, for their care and compassion towards Mrs. Evelyn.
