Arnaudville A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 am, on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville, for Felecie Guilbeau Babineaux, 94, who passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2014.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm on Tuesday and continue at 8:00 am until 8:45 am on Wednesday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Tuesday.
Rev. Keenan Brown will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Reading the scriptures for the service will be Julie Castille. Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville.
Mrs. Felecie enjoyed painting and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her son, Stonny Babineaux and his wife, Shirly of Arnaudville; her eight grandchildren, Dallas Babineaux, Mitchell Babineaux, Julie Castille, Matthew Babineaux, Sarah Babineaux, Josh Theriot, Kyle Theriot, and Aaron Theriot; and fourteen great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Roland and Louisiana Olivier Guilbeau; her husband, Euphement Babineaux; her daughter, Peggy Babineaux Theriot; two brothers; and four sisters.
Pallbearers will be Dallas Babineaux, Mitchell Babineaux, Kyle Theriot, Aaron Theriot, Stonny Babineaux, and Josh Theriot.
