Cecilia, Louisiana - A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Cecilia for Frank Demouchette, 86, who passed away on December 27, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas.
A visitation will take place at Pellerin Funeral Home in Cecilia on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Although his time with us was far too brief, he leaves behind a lasting legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
He cherished every moment spent with his family, and their joy brought him immeasurable happiness.
An avid outdoorsman, Frank loved rabbit hunting and fishing, finding tranquility among nature. He tended to his garden with care and pride, sharing its bounties with those he loved. Frank's enthusiasm for life extended to his passion for football, where he passionately supported his beloved teams, the San Francisco 49ers and the New Orleans Saints.
Professionally, Frank dedicated over 30 years to the IBEW as a lineman and later as an electrical contractor. His expertise and flair for remodeling houses showcased his skillful hands and creative spirit. His work was not just a job; it was a testament to his dedication and diligence.
Frank Demouchette will forever be remembered for his love of family, his adventurous spirit, and his unwavering dedication to his craft. Though his time was brief, the impact he made will last a lifetime. May he rest peacefully, surrounded by the beauty he cherished so much in life.
He is survived by his sons, Clayton Demouchette, Craig Demouchette, and Rickey Demouchette; sisters, Margaret Jean Batiste and Mary Ledet; grandchildren, Nick Brown, Julia Adam, C.J. Demouchette, Kaleh Demouchette, Kieoshia Demouchette, Michah Demouchette and Nakai Demouchette; 11 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Preston and Eunice Ledet Demouchette; brothers, Weston, John Harris, and James Demouchette; and his sisters, Agnes Lewis, Rena Boyd, and Louisiana Demouchette.
