Breaux Bridge- A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 pm, Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge for Gage Lee Landry, 29, who passed away unexpectedly on April 15, 2023, at his residence.

A visitation will take place at the funeral home in Breaux Bridge on Thursday, April 20, 2023, from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Deacon Marcel “Butch” Hebert will officiate at the funeral service.  Interment will follow at Bergeron Oaks Cemetery.

Gage was born on February 2, 1994, in Lafayette.  The family is heart broken by his sudden passing.  Gage was compassionate towards others and was always willing to lend a helping hand.  He had a thirst for life and enjoyed being out in nature.  In his younger years, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his cousins.  He had an enormous heart, and he loved being surrounded by his family.  Gage had a compassionate soul, a loving spirit, and the most unforgettable and beautiful smile.  His daughter, Hayden, meant the world to him and he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his daughter, Hayden Landry; father, Alfred Landry; mother, Melissa (Jerry Barker) Castille; brother, Paul (Laci) Landry; grandmother, Renella Castille; nephew, Cohen Landry; nieces, Brinsli Landry, Everlee Landry and Ahni Landry; uncles, Stoney Castille, Gregory Landry, William Landry and Dennis Landry; aunts, Melanie "Mel" (Ronnie) Wiltz, Miriam (Andrew) Castille, Pauline (Kurt) Richard and Kathrine (Bobby) Ross; and many cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Patrick Castille; paternal grandparents, Paul and Beatrice Landry; aunts, Christine Castille and Mary Sue Landry Copes; uncles Audie (Brenda) Castille, Donald "Danny" (Carmen) Castille and Peter Landry.

Pallbearers will be Paul Landry, Joshua Castille, Jordy Castille, Bryce Wiltz, Dawson Wiltz and Jerry Barker.

Honorary pallbearers will be Hayden Landry and Cohen Landry.
