Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, May 18, 2020, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Coteau Holmes for Genevieve Rita Sedatol Arnaud , 84, who passed away on Monday, May 11, 2020.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge from 8:00 am until 9:30 am on Monday.
Rev. Joseph Padinjarepeedika will officiate at the Funeral Mass.
Interment will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coteau Holmes.
Genevieve enjoyed fishing, dancing, and being outdoors. She loved to spend time with her family, especially spoiling her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her sons, Donneiou Arnaud, Gerard Arnaud and Andrew Arnaud; daughter, Virgin Arnaud; brothers, Mack Sedatol, Cal Sedatol and Clinton Sedatol; sisters, Maryann Pelous and Shirley Chatagnier; grandchildren, Dee Dee, Tomekia, T-Don, Cecile, Andrea, Tricia, Tonia, Elizabeth, Tony, Mary and Tia Arnaud; and her 21 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Pierre Arnaud; parents, Dewey and Cecile Alleman Sedatol; and brothers, Henry,Clint and Ernest Sedatol.
Pallbearers will be T-Don Arnaud, Andre Arnaud, Pierre Courvillier, Tony Borel Jr., Paul Provost Jr., and Freddie Hayes Jr.
Honorary pallbearers will be Donneiou Arnaud, Gerard Arnaud, Andrew Arnaud, Clinton Sedatol, Cal Sedatol, Mack Sedatol, Sammy Courvillier Jr., Matt Bourque, and Christopher Gerard.
