Together, they created a warm and welcoming home, filled with laughter and love; she is also survived by one sister, Judy Bonhomme; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Ginger's dedication to education was evident in her impressive career. She earned her Master's degree and served as a passionate educator where she taught at New Iberia Senior High School, St. Martinville Middle School and St. Martinville High School, where she also took on the role of assistant principal. In addition, she taught at the Trade School in St. Martinville, inspiring countless students with her commitment and expertise.
As a member of the Drexel Society and the Red Hat Society, Ginger embraced the joy of community and connection. Her vibrant spirit extended beyond the classroom, as she also dedicated her time as a finance assistant at her church, where her faith was a guiding force in her life. Ginger enjoyed shopping and traveling, often seeking out new adventures and experiences. She will be deeply missed.
