Breaux Bridge - A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm, on Friday, April 29, 2016, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge, for Gloria Salvaggio, 68, who passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2016, in Lafayette. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home on Friday, April 29, 2016 from 9:00 am until service time. Brother Sherman Soileau will officiate at the Memorial Service. Gloria enjoyed cooking, working in her flower beds, socializing, and spending time with her family and friends. She will be remembered for her infectious smile that would light up a room with joy and love. Gloria will be sadly missed by her children, grandchildren and great grandchild. She is survived by her sons, Jonah Salvaggio of Breaux Bridge and David Salvaggio of Orange, TX; daughter, Nicole Salvaggio of Cecilia; brother, Gerald Murray and wife Joan of Toledo Bend, LA; 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Murray, and her mother, Rada Mae Pellerin Thibodeaux.
