Breaux Bridge - Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm, on Friday, September 13, 2013, at Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge, for Jackson Ellis Jordan, 61, who passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2013, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 4:30 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday and continue at 7:00 am until 1:45 pm on Friday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Thursday. Deacon Marcel "Butch" Hebert will officiate at the Funeral Service. Jackson enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and watching his son play baseball and football. He loved spending time with his family and friends and especially Lolo, the sunshine of his life. He is survived by his wife, Denise Mayard Jordan of Breaux Bridge; his daughters, Nicole Marie Arceneaux and her husband, Willis of Youngsville, and Kristen Jordan Smith and her husband, Ryan of Abbeville; his son, Joshua Ryan Jordan and his girlfriend, Brooke Leigh LeBlanc of Breaux Bridge; his brother, Jeff Jordan and his wife, Mary Anne of Cary, NC; his sister-in-law, Patricia Jordan of Walker; and his grandchildren, Logan Smith and Jade Arceneaux. He is preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Ermyn Schultz Jordan; and his brother, Kenneth Jordan.
