Jacqueline Dillingham

New Iberia – Private services were held for Jacqueline Dillingham, 79, who passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at New Iberia Manor South.

Jacqueline Forgey Dillingham was born in Cairo, Illinois on September 4, 1947, to the late Harry and Marjorie Tonge Forgey, and attended Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. Ms. Dillingham was a resident of New Iberia since 2015 and was a member of Highland Baptist Church. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed painting with watercolors acrylics. Her artwork will be cherished for years to come.

Ms. Dillingham is survived by a sister, Carolyn Green (David); and three grandsons, Robbie Forgey, Aaron Forgey, and Matthew Forgey.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Forgey.
