James Patrick Boutte

New Iberia - A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date for James Boutte, 94, who died Wednesday, August 30, 2017. A lifelong resident of New Iberia, James Patrick Boutte was born on July 13, 1923 to the late Leontine Courrege and Edward M. Boutte, Sr., and graduated from St. Peter's College. He was a retired Dairy and Sugarcane Farmer, and owned Boutte's Dairy on Highway 14 in New Iberia for many years. Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Chauvin Boutte; daughter, Eileen Zimmerman; son, Kevin Boutte; and numerous grandchildren and extended family members.
