Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am on Wednesday, April 30, 2014, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Janelle Marie Guidry, 78, who passed away on Friday, April 25, 2014. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 9:00 am on Tuesday until 9:30 am on Wednesday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Tuesday. Fr. Paul LaFleur will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Scripture readings will be read by Chris Guidry, Jr. and Fallon Guidry. Gifts will be presented to the Altar by Reagan Huval, Jesse Guidry and Gabrielle Guidry. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Janelle loved spending time with her family and grandkids. She is survived by her son, Milton Guidry; her daughters, Theresa Babineaux and Margaret Sedotal; her brother, Roland Courville; her sister, Fable Terradot; 13 grandchildren; and 30 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clay and Lotta Latiolais Courville; her husband, Alton Guidry; her sons, Robert Courville, Jessie Guidry and Webey Dugas Sr.; her daughter, Laura Guidry; her granddaughter, Anita Guidry; her brothers, Howard Courville, Lofey Courville, and Ducey Courville; her sisters, Ella Mae Bergeron, Dulia Guidry and Eulamae Trahan. Pallbearers will be Michael Babineaux, Sr., Jude Babineaux, Tucker Huval, Webey Dugas, Jr., Chris Guidry, Sr. and Clarence Trahan. Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Guidry, Jr., Jessie Guidry, Blake Huval, Sebastian Huval, Scott Babineaux, Bryson Huval, Robert Babineaux, Michael Babineaux, Jr., Alton Babineaux, Webey Dugas, III, Shelby Dugas, Edrick Babineaux, Jr., Edrick Babineaux, Sr., Clinton Sedotal, and Brendon Harrington.
