Breaux Bridge, Louisiana - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 PM, Thursday, January 8, 2026, at St. Bernard Catholic Church honoring the life of Jenny Lynn "Tee" Guidry, 69, who passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center.

A visitation will take place at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge, Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 9:00 AM until 12:30 PM

A Rosary will be prayed at 11:00 AM on Thursday by a very dear family friend, Sandra Borel.

Rev. Garrett McIntyre will officiate at the Funeral Mass. The reader will be Jeanne R. Calais. Gift bearers will be Anna and Avri Frederick.

Entombment will follow at St. Bernard Mausoleum - No. 2.

Born on December 3, 1956, in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, Jenny, better known to family and friends as "Tee", was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who lived a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. She resided in Parks, Louisiana, where she embraced her role as a devoted homemaker, pouring her heart into creating a warm and welcoming home for her family and friends.

Jenny had an undeniable passion for cooking and entertaining, often gathering loved ones around the table to share delicious meals and laughter. Her talent for bringing people together was matched only by her dedicated spirit as a self-proclaimed "professional online shopper", always on the lookout for the next great find. Whether she was playing games on her phone, spending serene moments at her camp in Butte LaRose, or simply enjoying time spent with her family, her joy for life was contagious.

Above all, Jenny adored her children and grandchildren. Her big heart knew no bounds, and she will forever be remembered for her loving nature, always ending her conversations with her heartfelt words of, "I Love You!"

In this time of sorrow, the family invites you to gather and celebrate the beautiful life of Jenny Lynn Guidry, a woman whose love radiated brightly in all she touched.

She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Mike "Meket" Guidry; son, Justin Guidry; daughter, Michele Frederick and her husband, Doug; grandchildren, Alec Frederick, Anna Frederick, and Avri Frederick; brothers, Ronnie Guidry (Ruby), and Robert "Blanc" Guidry; sister, Carol Guidry; and her sister-in-law, Debbie Guidry-Gauthier.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Verna Begnaud Guidry; father, Orel Guidry, Jr.; brother, Kelly Guidry; sister, Brenda Landry; in-laws, Earl and Lillian Pontiff Guidry; sisters-in-law, Cynthia "Sis" Guidry and Katie R. Guidry; brother-in-law, Steve Landry; and her nephew, Marcus Guidry.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Gauthier, Jamie Calais, Nicholas Guidry, Robert "Blanc" Guidry, Chip Martinez, and Alec Frederick.

Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Guidry and Doug Frederick.
