Jerry Anthony Prade

St. Martinville - A Memorial Service is pending for Jerry Anthony Prade, 59, who passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at St. Agnes Healthcare & Rehab Center. Jerry enjoyed fishing, dancing, and preparing his special bar-b-que for family and friends. He had an amazing talent in carpentry and was involved in building many homes. He is survived by his son, Jermaine Prade of Lafayette; his mother, Dorita C. Prade of St. Martinville; brothers, Eldridge Prade and wife Florence of Breaux Bridge, Stephen Prade of St. Martinville, and Howard Prade and wife Marie of Lafayette; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Prade, Sr.; a brother, Tommy Prade, Sr.; and a nephew, Bobby Prade. Pellerin Funeral Home (337-332-2111) is in charge of arrangements.
