Loreauville - A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, on Monday, June 3, 2013, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Loreauville, for Joseph "Joey" Guillot, IV, 32, who died on Sunday, May 26, 2013. Joey was employed as a welder for Neuville Boat Works. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. Joey loved spending time with his family, especially his wife and son, who were the joy in his life. He looked forward to the many times he could spend playing with his son. He is survived by his wife, Jamie LeBlanc Guillot of Catahoula; his son, Jaden David Guillot of Catahoula; his parents, Joseph Guillot, III and Mary Eve Prince Guillot of Loreauville; his brother, Adam James (Jacquie) Guillot of Loreauville; and his sister, Angela Marie (fianc, Joseph Hillard, Jr.) Guillot of Loreauville. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Julius and Lena Dugas Prince; and paternal grandparents, Joseph and Nora Lee Hebert Guillot.
