Joseph "Beyum" Rossyion, Sr.

Cecilia - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 23, 2022, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Cecilia for Joseph "Beyum" Rossyion, Sr., 78, who passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at his residence. 

A visitation will take place at the funeral home in Cecilia on Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A rosary will be prayed at 9:00 AM on Friday.

Father Gregory Cormier will officiate at the Funeral Mass. 

He is survived by wife of 55 years, Mary Louvesta Rossyion; son, Joseph Clinton Rossyion, Jr. (Camellia); grandchildren, Jayland Demouchet (China), Gilbert Matthews, Shaterra Girouard (Allen) and Chelsey Taylor (Derrick); 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, McKinley Rossyion (Joyce) and Larry Rossyion; and his sisters, Janet Alfred and Brenda Rossyion.

He is preceded in death by his daughters, Corrina Faye Rossyion, Lacey McRae Rossyion and Kimberly Ann Rossyion; granddaughter, Hailee McRae Rossyion; nephew, Kenneth Rossyion; parents, John and Viola Rossyion; and his brothers, John Earl Rossyion, Joseph Clifton Rossyion and William "Bill" Rossyion.
