Joshua C. Faucheaux

Catahoula - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at St. Rita Catholic Church honoring the life of Joshua C. Faucheaux, 48, who passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

A visitation will take place at Dion Hall in Catahoula on Saturday from 8:30 am until 11:30 am.

A Rosary will be prayed at 10:00 am on Saturday morning by Sim Courville.

Father Bill Melancon will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Reader will be Ray Latiolais. Burial will follow at Our Lady of the Lake Cemetery.

Joshua loved the outdoors and enjoyed spending time hunting and fishing. He also had a passion for being on the golf course and watching the Patriots.

Joshua was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his parents, Collins Faucheaux, Jr.; and Cheryl Dauphinet Faucheaux; brother, Stacy Faucheaux and his wife, Carrie; sister, Monica Latiolais and her husband Ray; niece, Hali Faucheaux; and nephews, Matthew Faucheaux and his wife, Stephanie, John Faucheaux and his wife, Haylee, and Stephen Latiolais.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Laura Dauphinet; paternal grandparents, Verna and Collins Faucheaux, Sr.; godfather, Gerald Hulin; and godmother, Pamela Latiolais.

Pallbearers will be Stacy Faucheaux, Matthew Faucheaux, Jarett Hulin, Mace Hebert, Stephen Latiolais and Isaac Filer, Jr.
