New Iberia

Rynella – Private services will be held at a later date for Justin Paul Hebert, 40, who passed away on Friday, April 26, 2024, in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Justin was born in New Iberia, Louisiana on January 17, 1984.

In a life filled with love and compassion, Justin's gentle spirit touched the hearts of all who knew him. He was a devoted son and brother, finding joy in the simple pleasures of watching movies with his loving mother and cherished brother Kyle, whom he adored. His passion for music resonated deeply within him, filling his days with melody and meaning.

Among his many pursuits, Justin found solace and camaraderie on the baseball field during his youth. His dedication to the sport showcased his resilient spirit in the face of challenges.

However, it is perhaps Justin's ultimate act of kindness that truly encapsulates the essence of who he was - a hero in life and beyond. As an organ donor, he selflessly offered the gift of life so that others may continue their journey here on earth.

Justin is survived by his loving mother, Debra Hebert Arceneaux; brother, Kyle Luke Arceneaux; godmother and aunt, Diane Haas (Scott); aunt, Darlene Hebert; uncle, Randy Hebert; and cousins, Scott Carter and Cody Haas.

He was preceded in death by a cousin, Amy Leleux; and grandparents, Deluke and Irene Harry Hebert.

Justin leaves behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, and selflessness. Though he may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be cherished. May his light shine on in the lives he touched and may his soul find eternal peace.
